The Rubber Production Shop has 4 PLC controlled machines and 4 Semi Auto machines of Platen Sizes 8” to 18” (Platen Size 200mm to 450mm) and Open Rubber Mixing mill (size 31 liters) for rubber compound mixing purpose.
The production shop works is 3 shifts. Well trained Operators who all are supervised by qualified and experienced Supervisors, Engineers ensure strict adherence to process standards.
This Industry is classified under “Orange Category” and non Hazardous in nature. The Process of Manufacturer does not generate process emission and effluents.
The noise levels in this process of manufacturer are well within the Pollution norms.
